Our conference uses a platform, called Whova, for you to view the event agenda, review session details and speaker bios, and to build your personal agenda.

Professional Headshots

Head to the Main Hallway from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM to get your headshot taken. Cost is FREE courtesy of Trinity River Authority.

Parking 

There is plenty of free parking available at the Plano Event Center. We suggest that you park in East Parking Lot and enter through the East Entrance. 

Due to construction, you will need to drive around the back of the building to each the East Parking Lot. 

Attendee Check-In & Day-Of Registration 

The attendee check-in table is located in the East Hallway. Check-In and Walk-In Registration is open from 7:15 AM - 12:00 PM. 

Wi-Fi

Free high-speed wi-fi will be available throughout the building.

Temperature 

The Plano Event Center can get downright chilly, so plan accordingly! Bring a jacket or sweater if needed for comfort.

Breakfast

Enjoy the breakfast buffet available from 7:15 AM - 9:15 AM. 

Lunch

Our fantastic lunch buffet will be served from 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM. 

Refreshments

Water, coffee, tea, and soda will be available throughout the day. 

Happy Hour

Cap off #SWLS2024 with a social hour in Windhaven from 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM. Join us for networking and some fun prizes! Drink tickets redeemable for beer or wine will be provided. Please note, tickets cannot be replaced and there will be no cash bar available.
